This is an OPEN-MARKET Firm Fixed Price (FFP) RFQ for NAME BRAND OR EQUAL Asphalt Content/Binder Ignition Furnace. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-03 effective 2/16/2021. This solicitation is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516 with an industry size standard of 1,000 employees and the associated Product Service Code (PSC) is 6635.
