This is a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotation (RFQ) being issued by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) for a feasibility study for the WFL Office. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside. The Federal Highway Administration requires a Feasibility Study to analyze long-term facility options for the Western Federal Lands Highway Division facility. The objective of this study is to investigate the feasibility of renovating the existing facility to meet the future needs of WFLHD in compliance with all governing codes and regulations and to compare the costs of the renovations with the availability and cost of leased space that would meet WFLHD needs.
