FHWA intends to issue up to six (6) five year BPAs to compete for Geotechnical Drilling in the Western Federal Lands Division including Alaska, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming as needed. Occasionally, work in other states and location may be requested. Contractor shall furnish supplies and/or services, if and when requested by the Contracting Officer or the authorized representative during the period specified in the "Effective Period." Purchases(Calls) made hereunder shall have a written Statement of Work (SOW). Calls shall include a description of the job requirements, prices, delivery schedule and place of inspection and acceptance.
