The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Western Federal Lands (WFL) intends to issue a Request For Quote for a firm-fixed price commercial items services purchase order for Geotechnical Investigation (Drilling) services, located near Sweet Home, OR. The NAICS code is 238910 and the small business size standard $15 million. The basis of award is, utilizing 52.212-2 – Evaluation – Commercial Items. The price must be determined fair and reasonable and the offeror must be determined responsible pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. All offerors are required to submit a quote using a SF 1449, and providing the information required from the “Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors and Respondents” section of the request for quotation. All responses from responsible offerors, received before the due date and time, shall be considered by the agency.
