This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a FIRM FIXED PRICE Request for Quotation (RFQ) being issued by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) for wetland mitigation credits (0.32 credits) for impacts to 0.16 acres of Class "A" Palustrine (REV3) wetlands associated with the road realignment of the CTF Alternate Entrance Alignment, AK BLM AFO 2014(1), construction project.
