This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Time-and-Materials/Labor Hours Request for Quotation (RFQ) being issued by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) Acquisitions for Transportation Infrastructure Consulting Services for the WFLHD Partnering Program. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
