This is a BRAND NAME Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotation (RFQ) being issued by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Western Federal Lands Highway Division Acquisitions for Leica Customer Care Package (CCP) software and firmware support. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
