The estimated budget range is $20–$30 million, with performance anticipated to begin with award in Winter/Spring 2027 and fixed completion in Fall 2029. The purpose is market research to identify contractors with highway/bridge construction experience as prime contractors on similar work within the last three years. Interested firms must submit company information, bonding capacity, small business status, and relevant project experience.
