The propo... This is a Sources Sought Notice for proposed project ID BOR SRAO TCROWN(1), Crown Point Trail and Parking Area. See Sources Sought Notice under attachments for how to respond to this notice. The proposed contract action is for a firm-fixed-priced construction contract. The primary objective of the proposed project is to rehabilitate approx. 2.7 miles of the Crown Point Trail on Lake Cascade with grading to provide an accessible trail with an engineered surface and drainage, and to rehabilitate and address erosion prone areas. Also included is an improved vehicle turnaround, gate closure, and trailhead formalized parking area with engineered surface and designated accessible parking. Work includes trail construction, trail resurfacing, slope repair, and paving. The project is located 69 miles north of Boise, Idaho in Valley County. NAICS Code 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction apply to this procurement with a size standard of $45 million. Estimated Price Range: Between $700,000 and $2,000,000.
