Idaho Grade Road Rehabilitation See Sources Sought Notice under attachments for instructions on responding. The proposed contract action is for a firm-fixed-priced construction contract. The primary objective of the proposed contract is to rehabilitate 3.7 miles of the Mt Idaho Grade Road roadway surface with the use of CRABS (Cement Recycled Asphalt Base Stabilization) process, as well as completing localized subgrade repair with deep patch. Contract award is anticipated by late Fall 2024. The estimated period of performance will consist of notice to proceed in Winter 2024 and fixed completion in Fall 2025. NAICS Code 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction apply to this procurement with a size standard of $45 million. Estimated Price Range: Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
