See attached Sources Sought Notice. The proposed contract action is for a firm-fixed-priced construction contract for a 3.6-mile project in Josephine County, Oregon, which includes grading, aggregate base, sub-excavation, drainage, paving, temporary traffic control, soil erosion control, and mechanically-stabilized earth (MSE) wall construction. The primary objective of the proposed contract is to grind and inlay 3.5-inches of existing asphalt on OR 46 from the National Park Service boundary at MP 15.7 to the Oregon Caves parking lot at MP 19.3. The project will also mitigate critical slide, fill slope, and culvert issues that negatively impact the existing safety and maintenance of the highway. NAICS Code 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge construction apply to this procurement with a size standard of $39.5 million. Estimated Price Range: Between $2 million and $3 million.
