This is a Sources Sought (SS) notice only and is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotes. The purpose of this notice is to allow Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Western Federal Lands Highway Divisions (WFLHD) to obtain information for planning purposes for the acquisition of On-Site Document Destruction Services. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Additionally, the U.S. Government will not provide reimbursement for any information that may be submitted in response to this SS. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this SS. Any information provided in response to this SS may be used by the government and should not be marked proprietary. A firm’s response to this SS will not influence the evaluation of any proposals or quotes potentially requested in the future by WFLHD for the requisite services.
