All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. As part of Market Research, the Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of the Secretary (OST), is issuing this Sources Sought Notice in search of an 8(a) company to provide an Events Planner/Coordinator capable of performing and planning events at DOT Headquarters in Washington DC. This notice is not a Solicitation and it does not seek the submission of formal binding quotation/proposal. In the event that DOT determines that these services will be procured, a formal Request for Proposal will be issued. DOT cannot and will not reimburse any organization for its time, effort, or costs expended in responding to this Sources Sought Notice. Your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. The NAICS code for this effort is 561920 (Convention and Tradeshow Organizers).
