In accordance with Section 3.2.2.4 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA’s decision to use a single source justification. The FAA will purchase Gartner licenses for Information Technology (IT) research and analysis and provide new cross-functional licenses in the area of Human Resources (HR) through Gartner’s GSA schedule #47QTCA18D008L. The FAA intends to issue a one year fixed price order off of Gartner’s GSA schedule for licenses in Information Technology and Human Resources. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparing of a response to this announcement.
