NOTICE OF DECISION TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE SOURCE: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, intends to award to a single source, one-time purchase order to SYZYGY INTEGRATION LLC to provide the CBP (Customs and Border Patrol) with specific components of the SNAP product line, enabling CBP FLIR Mobile Surveillance Capability (MSC) systems with CoT (Cursor on Target) communications and interoperability between MSC vehicles as well as software engineering services for Software Development, System Test, User Acceptance, and Production Readiness Plan pertaining to the technical data and proprietary information necessary to meet this requirement. Purpose of the Announcement: In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA’s decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures. The MSC program is under strict configuration control and Syzygy Integration is the only approved source capable of providing the items, shown below in the required; configuration to meet this requirement.
