NOTICE OF DECISION TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE SOURCE: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, intends to award to a single source contract to SGC23 Joint Venture, LLC to provide 900 human research subjects to support an evacuation study. The single source vendor is the only known source available that can provide technical support. Purpose of the Announcement: In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA’s decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures.
