The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting this Market Survey to improve the Government's understanding of the current marketplace and to identify capable sources interested in performing the required services. Interested sources must respond with information to confirm evidence of their qualifications and capabilities. Responses to this market survey will be a determining factor to determine if there is adequate competition to set the requirement aside for Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB/8(a), Small Businesses, or full and open competition. This survey will be utilized for planning purposes only. Vendor participation in any informational session is not a promise of future business with the FAA. **All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing a response to this Market Survey. Any costs associated to this Market Survey will be solely at the interested party’s expense** Attached is the Draft Statement of Work for your review detailing work to be completed. NOTE: The Draft is subject to change by the time of solicitation. Again, this Survey is for Planning Purposes only and to locate interested contractors who can perform the required services. Interested firms are asked to submit the following: -Capability Statement – to include: 1) Type of services provided by your firm. Provision of the same/similar services as detailed in the attached SOWs. 2) Prior contracts with similar type of services provided (please provide details such as length of contract, specific services provided). 3) Fill out Business Declaration Form.
