Intent to Single Source: The Federal Aviation Administration(FAA) has a requirement for the acquisition of one (1) 80’ Relocatable Tower to support CBP’s RVSS and MDP programs on the Northern Border. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award a single source purchase order to US Tower Corporation, 702 East North Street, Lincoln, KS 67455 (DUNS 144720471) is the only known source. In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures. U.S Tower is the original equipment manufacturer for the tower. This is in the best interest of the FAA because it provides the best means of meeting configuration management requirements. This announcement is for informational purposes only, not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal. A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement.
