The FAA has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for its Annual Subscription for MADYMO Software Tokens (Siemens Tass International License). The FAA wishes to establish an IDIQ contract (Base + Two (1-Year Option Periods)). The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a Screening Information Request (SIR) or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this market survey. Therefore, any cost associated with a market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor’s expense. The FAA intends to award a Single Source contract with TASS International for MADYMO licenses/tokens as they are the code developer and distributor of the software and licenses. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from all Businesses that are interested in and capable of providing the requested service. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort: NAICS Size Standard 511210 $38.5M In order to make the determination the FAA requires the following information from interested Vendors included with Capability Statement: This document MUST identify: 1. Proof of Access and Data Rights to MADYMO Tokens (Siemens PLM Software Inc.) TASS INTERNATIONAL. 2. Proof of Access and Data Rights to Technical Support and software developed by TASS INTERNATIONAL. 2. Active Registration in SAM.GOV. Please provide DUNS Number.
