The FAA contemplates a single source, firm fixed priced purchase order to DB Systems Inc. Period of performance: 12 Weeks after receipt of order) The Test Facility requirement is itemized as follow: - DB Systems 900E TACAN Antenna System All Band Antenna & Antenna Control Unit - DB Systems Lightning Arrester - DB Systems Dust Cover - DB Systems Installation Kit - DB Systems Distribution CCA (Site Spare) - DB Systems Antenna Backplane CCA (Site spare) - DB Systems Trigger Generator CCA (Site Spare - DB Systems Backplane CCA (Site Spare) The TACAN Antenna 900E Test Facility System, schematics and technical data are proprietary to DB Systems Inc., Hurricane, UT. DB Systems is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the only know capable source to meet this requirement. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from all businesses that are interested in and can show capability of meeting service requirements as noted above for these devices. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing a response to this market survey. Therefore any cost associated with a market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor’s expense. The Contractor must furnish all labor, tools, parts, software/hardware/firmware, expendable and consumable items, and other technical and administrative support as necessary to meet this product requirement. In order to meet the capability determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: Capability Statement – - Type of services provided by your firm - Size and type of services provided by previous contracts - Number of years in business - Documentation that clearly states and identifies proof of access to DB Systems proprietary data required for the TACAN 900E Antenna Test Facility System as specified in this market survey.
