This is a market survey to support the acquisition of unlimited use software license, maintenance, and support for electronic terminal instrument procedures (eTERPS) software to allow for evaluation of obstacle obstructions and Non-Rulemaking Actions in the National Airspace System (NAS). The FAA contemplates awarding a contract for one 12-month base period and up to four 1-year option periods. The eTERPS software is proprietary to Planning Technology Inc. (PTI). PTI is the original software developer and the only known capable provider for the unlimited use of eTERPS software license. At the time of this market survey, PTI does not hold any 3rd Party distributor agreements to offer the unlimited use software license, maintenance, and support for eTERPS. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from all businesses that are interested in and can show capability of providing unlimited use license, maintenance, and support for electronic terminal instrument procedures (eTERPS) software. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing a response to this market survey. Therefore any cost associated with a market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor’s expense. The Contractor must furnish all labor, tools, parts, software/hardware/firmware, expendable and consumable items, and other technical and administrative support as necessary to meet the FAA requirement. In order to meet the capability determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: Capability Statement – - Type of services provided by your firm - Size and type of services provided by previous contracts - Number of years in business - Documentation that clearly states and identifies proof of access to Planning Technology Inc. proprietary data in order to meet and deliver the software requirement specified in this market survey.
