07/30/2019 This is being re-solicited and is now open for full and open competition. 07/02/2019 The FAA has a current requirement for Initial and Recurrent pilot qualification training for FAA inspectors/pilots in the applicable aircraft specified in schedule B of the solicitation. The requirement is a total Small Business Set-Aside. Please complete all fill-ins in the solicitation such as, Section 'F' and 'K' that must be completed and submitted with the proposal. Please submit a response to all evaluation criteria listed in Section L & M of the solicitation. (Please see attached Solicitation) All questions must be submitted by July 08, 2019 to allow adequate time to respond before the closing date of the announcement. Please email proposals by closing date of the announcement July 15, 2019 by 4:30 PM, CST to Nia Glover- nia.glover@faa.gov. Attached: Solicitation Performance Work Statement Business Declaration 04/24/2019 This Market Survey is being amended to attach the correct PWS. This market survey is to identify capable sources to provide initial and recurrent ground school and flight training to FAA inspectors/pilots in the Sikorsky S-61 Helicopter for Flight Standards Operations Inspectors.(See attached Performance Work Statement) The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. This market survey is also being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate Competition exists to set-aside the Competition among small businesses, service disabled veteran-owned small businesses or 8(a) certified firms. Interested firms are required to submit the attached Business Declaration form and a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. In order to make this determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1. Capability Statement- This document should identify: Type of services provided by your firm,(address training required in attached performance work statement) Size and type of services provided by previous contract elaborate and provide detailed information and past performance), number of years in business. All responses to this market survey must be received by April 30, 2019, 4:00 PM CS.
