C... ***Upload Inspection Report*** The existing five freestanding towers at the Jackson, MS Remote Transmitter Receiver site were measured for Twist and Plumb and found to be out of alignment for plumb. Contractor may visit the site prior to preparing a bid price to examine the towers and prepare a proposal for correcting the alignment of the towers. As the antennas on the towers are used in active air traffic control, all work shall be staged without a shutdown of the antennas. Contractor may loosen any bolts on the tower, adjust the alignment and then retighten them to correct the Twist and Plumb. Send all proposals to Van.ctr.Nicholson@faa.gov and Janice.Hammonds@faa.gov no later than 30 April 2019 by 5:00 pm CST. Send any questions in writing to the individuals listed.
