The Solicitation is a total Small business Set-Aside. Please send in responses by the closing date of the announcement November 12, 2019 by 4:00 PM CST. Please read the attached solicitation in it's entirety. The evaluation criteria listed in section L & M will need to be addressed. Please ensure to sign and date the front page of the solicitation and complete all fill-ins throughout the document such as, those in section F and K. All questions should be submitted no later than November 04, 2019 to allow adequate time to respond before the closing date of the solicitation. Please email Nia Glover @ nia.glover@faa.gov. The contractor is to provide initial and recurrent ground school, and flight training to commercial helicopter rated FAA inspectors/pilots in the use of night vision goggles for flight in actual turbine helicopters. (Please see attached Performance Work Statement for more details). The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. This market survey is also being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate Competition exists to set-aside and Compete amongst small businesses, service disabled veteran-owned small businesses or 8(a) certified firms. Interested firms are required to submit the attached Business Declaration form and a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. In order to make this determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1. Capability Statement- This document should identify: Type of services provided by your firm, Size and type of services provided by previous contracts (elaborate and provide detailed information and past performance), number of years in business etc.. 2.
