The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement for the production of airman certifications and card carriers, distribution to specified destinations and reporting. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this market survey. Therefore, any cost associated with a market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor’s expense. The FAA intends to award on a single source basis with International Plastic Cards. of El Segundo, CA as they are the only known source for this acquisition. It is anticipated the resultant Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity contract will contain up to a base year plus 4 option years’ period of performance. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities for all businesses that are interested in and capable of providing the services required. The principle North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this effort is 323111, Commercial Printing (except Screen and Books) with a size standard of 500 employees. In order to make a determination the FAA requires the following information from interested vendors: 1. Capability Statement – This document should identify: Type of Services provided by your firm, Size and type of services provided by previous contracts (elaborate and provide detailed information and past performance), including all Government contracts for certificate, pilot and airman certs, and certifications that require non-disclosure agreements with the United States Government. Number of years in business. 2. Geographical areas where your company provides services 3. Expected programmatic approach (in-house, teaming, subcontracting, etc.) – Respondents must provide their strategy for accomplishing the work, including the percentage of work that will be done by eligible small, service-disabled veteran owned and 8(a) certified small businesses. Interested firms are required to submit a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. The FAA reserves the right to review and verify each offeror's program eligibility.
