The FAA has a requirement to facilitate a contract for the provide maintenance and uninterrupted operation of the cloud-based research platform for aviation weather human factors research studies. This requirement will support the Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI) Aerospace Medical Research Division (AAM-510) at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, OK. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this market survey. Therefore, any cost associated with a market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor’s expense. The FAA intends to award on a single source basis with Resource Data Inc. of Anchorage, AK as they are the OEM of the previously developed Source Code needed for this acquisition. It is anticipated the resultant Firm Fixed Price contract will contain up to a base year plus 4 option years’ period of performance. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from all businesses that are interested in and capable of providing the requested service. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort: NAICS Size Standard 541512 $27.5M In order to make the determination the FAA requires the following information from interested vendors: Capability Statement This document shall identify: 1. Proof of access to Resource Data Inc. Source Code, Technical drawings, Specifications, and Service Data in order to provide the required services. 2. Ability to complete remaining development, and validation of the research interface & code. 3. Ability to Re-Host the base code on a CAMI owned Cloud Account 4. Provide Technical Support for Monitoring. Data collection, and Analysis and Reports. 5. Ability to provide both remote preventative maintenance and remote problem diagnosis for the Cloud Based Applications. Interested firms are required to submit a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. The FAA reserves the right to review and verify each offeror's program eligibility.
