The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Center Operations Division, ANG-E3, at the William J. Hughes Technical Center has a requirement for labor, vehicles, transportation, communication devices, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, supervision and management necessary to perform all aspects of grounds maintenance and snow removal services at the FAA, William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC), Atlantic City International Airport, New Jersey. ***See attached for submission requirements.*** This announcement is not a Screening Information Request or Request for Proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for and is not liable for costs associated with the preparation and submittal of responses to this announcement. Any costs associated with the submission of a response to this request are solely at the interested vendor’s expense. This contract is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price contract with Time and Material line items to be awarded for a five year period of performance (one year base period, four one year option periods). The acquisition strategy for this procurement has not been determined at this time. The results of this market survey will help determine the final acquisition strategy. The FAA will consider all responses received.
