The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award a single source Purchase Order to General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc., 3501 Quadrangle Blvd suite 275, Orlando, FL. The Federal Aviation Administration Material Management Branch (AML-4060) has requirement to Remote Video Surveillance System Upgrade (RVSS-U) - Software consulting, configuration, maintenance and training from General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures. Tower Solutions is the Original Equipment Manufacturer for the 80 Ft Relocatable towers. This is in the best interest of the FAA because it provides the best means of meeting configuration management requirements. The proposed NAICs code for this acquisition is 541512,Computer Systems Design Services , with a size standard of $27.5M.
