AMENDMENT 0001: Reference to “preliminary drawings� under Factor 3: Subcontracting Plan is hereby omitted. The approximate dollar range for this project is between $2.5M and $3.1M (there will be a bid option included in the project). The due date for submissions of the completed business declaration and pre-qualifications documents remains unchanged: 4 PM local time on 2/8/2019. Original posting: The FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center has a requirement for a secure room at the William J. Hughes Technical Center at the AC International Airport, New Jersey. The purpose of this announcement is to determine the level of competition for this requirement and to pre-qualify potential offerors. The specifications and related documents are attached, and are to be used for pre-qualification purposes. The applicable NAICS code for this project is 236220- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Once the level of competition has been established, a mandatory site visit will be scheduled. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer @ Lori.McLaughlin@faa.gov. No phone calls, please. Specifications and related documents are attached. Completed pre-qualification documents and business declaration are due by 4 PM local time on February 8, 2019.
