This is a market survey for General Air Traffic and Technical Operations Research Laboratory (GATTOR) Eye Tracking Hardware/Software Purchase and Installation. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from small businesses, service disabled Veteran owned small businesses and 8(a) certified firms, capable of General Air Traffic and Technical Operations Research Laboratory (GATTOR) Eye Tracking Hardware/Software Purchase and Installation. This market survey is also being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition exists to setaside the competition among small businesses, service disabled veteran owned small businesses or 8(a) certified firms. Interested firms are required to submit the following: 1. Contractor Size, DUNS number, NAICS Codes and Capability Statement with a detailed narrative that fully outlines and describes how its “General Air Traffic and Technical Operations Research Laboratory (GATTOR) Eye Tracking Hardware/Software Purchase and Installation� along with its integration will meet all the requirements as outlined in the Draft SOW. Also, provide information that fully supports its capabilities. 2. Potential Partnership Agreements 3. Current Contracts (I.E. GSA Schedules; eFAST MOA; Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA), etc., currently in place or that will be in place within the next 60 days).
