Hughes Technical Center at the AC International Airport, New Jersey. The purpose of this announcement is to determine the level of competition for this requirement and to pre-qualify potential offerors. The specifications and related documents are attached, and are to be used for pre-qualification purposes. The applicable NAICS code for this project is 236220- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Once the level of competition has been established, a mandatory site visit will be scheduled. Completed pre-qualification documents and business declaration are due by 4 PM local time on February 8, 2019.
