The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a market survey for professional construction services to demolish and install a Medium Intensity Approach Lighting System with Rail (MALSR) at the Houma-Terrebonne Airport in Houma, LA. The purpose is to gather information on vendor capabilities to assist in acquisition planning and to determine the future competition method, which may be set aside for small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, or SBA 8(a) firms. Interested vendors must submit a capability statement and provide certification letters if applicable for the mentioned business categories. This is not a solicitation for proposals, and the FAA will not pay for any information submitted. The performance of services will take place in Houma, LA.
