The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) hereby announces a follow-on procurement to the Technical Support Services Contract (TSSC), herein referred to as T5. The T5 contract will support the implementation of the Federal Aviation Administration’s Aviation System Capital Investment Plan (CIP) and certain reimbursable programs (including those arising from Airport Improvement Program (AIP) appropriations and other directly funded and reimbursable projects under the auspices of the National Airspace System (NAS), the FAA NextGen Program, national security programs and aviation safety. Work under T5 will be distributed across the NAS which includes all 50 states, US territories and possessions and may also include aviation related sites worldwide. The purpose of this posting is to inform industry of the contract opportunity and request response to the Final SIR. Interested vendors must request KSN Vendor sites and user accounts at T5@faa.gov. All future communications regarding this SIR will be solely on the T5 KSN site at https://ksn2.faa.gov/tssc/T5/Pages/Default.aspx . Further instructions are provided within the attached Vendor User Guide for the T5 Public Site and Section L.5.1 Electronic Offers of the SIR. All responses to this posting, as well as questions or requests for clarification pertaining to this posting, must be posted to the FAA T5 KSN website. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Postings made by you through your account will not be viewable by any party other than authorized FAA personnel.
