The Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (SLSDC), an operating administration of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), is required to operate and manage its information technology (IT) enterprise in compliance with Departmental guidelines and standards developed by the DOT Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). I t was determined by the U.S. Dept. of Transportation's Office of the Chief Information Officer that the St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation required an Access L2 Switch and the Cisco Catalyst 9300L is the only DOT-Approved device that meets the requirements.
