PHMSA seeks full-service event setup and lodging in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area for the Joint Pipeline Advisory Committees Repair Criteria Review meeting on December 2–3, 2026, from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST daily. The meeting facilities must include a main room with a U-shaped table for 25 participants plus classroom/audience seating, and one breakout room for up to 20 people with a monitor and HDMI connection. Audio-visual/IT support includes high-speed/VPN Wi-Fi, two large screens with digital projectors, 20–25 push-to-talk table microphones, table power strips, court reporter/transcription audio feed and power, and hybrid video conferencing support. Lodging requires a room block of up to 40 total room nights for check-in December 1 and check-out December 4 at or below prevailing Federal Per Diem rates, with rooms non-priced and billed directly to individual attendees. Continuous water, coffee, and tea service is required both days; no food catering is required.
