Email: kimberly.sites@faa.gov This is a market survey for Portable Reduced Oxygen Training Enclosure (PROTE) and Permanent Reduced Oxygen Training Enclosures (PermaROTE) The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from small businesses, service disabled Veteran owned small businesses and 8(a) certified firms. This market survey is also being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition exists to setaside the competition among small businesses, service disabled veteran owned small businesses or 8(a) certified firms. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, OK, Civil Aerospace Medical Institute, (CAMI) AAM-400, is requesting interested and capable experienced sources who will successful delivery, installation and system training. The PROTE and PermaROTE will be both used to train general aviation pilots (commercial and private) to recognized personal symptoms of hypoxia. The requirements are outlined in the Draft Statement of Work (SOW). Interested parties should include and Capability Statement and a Rough Order of Magnitude(s) (ROMS).
