Sources are sought to provide bulk Jet “A” fuel for FAA operated aircraft located at Hangar 6, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (RRWNA), Washington D.C., 20001. The requirement is for supply of approximately 110,000 gallons of Jet “A” fuel annually for use by the FAA operated aircraft. (Please see the attached Statement of Work) The responses to the Market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. The FAA will not pay for any information received or cost incurred in preparing the response to the Market Survey Therefore, any cost associated with the Market Survey submission is solely at the interested vendors’ expense. This Market Survey is also being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition exists to Set-Aside the competition among Small businesses, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses, or 8(a) Certified Firms. Interested Firms are required to submit their Size Standard and a copy of their SBA 8(a) Certification letter, if applicable. In order to make this determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1. Capability Statement- This document should identify: Type of supplies/services provided by your firm, (that relate to the Statement of Work). 2. Provide Size and Type of supplies provided by your Firm on previous Contracts, elaborate and provide detailed information and number of years in business. 3. Include your Firms DUNS Number and NAISC codes associated with your Firm. All responses to the Market Survey must be received by July 15, 2020, 4:00 PM CST.
