The repair will requir... Sources are being sought to troubleshoot two (2) ROCORE radiators assemblies model VB50-8-50C. The assemblies are experiencing noise and vibrations consistent fan shaft failure. The repair will require at a minimum, troubleshooting and removal and replacement of the pillow block bearings, fan shaft, fan shaft collars, all three of the belts, fan shaft sheave and associated bushings as well as the motor shaft sheave and corresponding bushings and any other damaged or inoperable parts necessary for proper operation including expendable supplies such as coolant and belts. The contractor will have the means to disassemble and repair the equipment to include tools and specialty equipment necessary for the disassembly and reassembly of the radiators.
