In accordance with Section 3.2.2.4 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for the FAA's decision to contract on a single source basis. The FAA intends to enter into a single source contract with Aero-Flite, Inc. Through Market Research Aero-Flite, Inc has been identified as a provider with a FAA approved training program for CL-415 Initial Pilot Qualifications training. No other sources have been identified. Therefore, based on this information A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement.
