The FAA contemplates a Firm Fixed Priced, Brand Name Mandatory acquisition for a quantity of 13 Tektronix RSA-507A Series Real Time Spectrum Analyzers. The required specifications are as follows: Portable Real time bandwidth ? 40 MHz (Fast Fourier Transform Mode) Frequency range 10KHz-7.5 GHz 30 dBm Input power Sweep times for a -134 dBm noise floor with a 1 kHz RBW = 8.3 second (7.5 GHz) Built in GPS receiver and Preamp 100 Hz RBW for a 3 GHz Span Operates on AC or Internal battery Remote control capability I/Q output for remote operations 15 ?sec minimum signal duration with 100% probability of intercept Streaming capture Spurious measurement DANL?-163 dBM/Hz SFDR?-73 dBc The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and clearly stated capabilities from all businesses that are interested in and can show capability of meeting service requirements as noted above for these devices. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing a response to this market survey. Therefore any cost associated with a market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor’s expense. The Contractor must furnish all labor, tools, parts, software/hardware/firmware, expendable and consumable items, and other technical and administrative support as necessary to meet this product requirement.
