The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Chemical Safety Board (CSB), is issuing a solicitation under NAICS 541330 (SBA Size Standard $15 million) for the United Kingdom Workover and Well Control and Well Control Expert described in the Statement of Work (SOW). This shall be a Fixed-rate Labor Hour award.
