This notice has been prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested as described in RFQ-TTB-50502-20-0004 pursuant to FAR Clause 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors and a hard-copy written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82.
