The purpose of this Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity is to obtain approval to award a firm fixed price contract to Deloitte for the requirement described in section 3.a below. The period of performance will be for a I-month base period plus five one-month option periods. This sole source bridge order will provide the recompete procurement team with adequate time to get a new award in place while also ensuring there is not a lapse in these critical services for the customer during the filing season.
