Answer 2: Total number of FTE's apprx 1400 Request for Quote: This solicitation is made by Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) for brand name Wiley Online Journal subscriptions as described in the Attachment B – Pricing Sheet. This requirement is an open market, small business set-aside, under NAICS code 519130. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed?price contract resulting from this solicitation to the vendor providing the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. In addition to the quotation for the specifications, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your quote. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email no later than 10:00 (10:00 AM EST) Thursday, January 14, 2021 to Purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line “CFP-20240-21-0005 Questions, CA/SH”.
