The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) performs its accounting function using the Integrated Financial System (IFS). The Integrated IFS is a Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) product. IRS Procurement functions are performed using the SAP Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) Procurement Public Sector (PPS) product. Both will run on TIER 2 IFS infrastructure at the Enterprise Computing Center. Under this requirement, the Contractor’s primary focus will be providing IFS/PPS Help Desk Support.
