The purpose of this Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) is to obtain approval to award a Bridge contract with Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) for the contract service described in Section 3.a below. The need-by date for this support is August 23, 2021. This bridge contract is to provide uninterrupted support that will allow for the resolution of the post-award protest received for the follow-on acquisition. The period of performance: August 23, 2021 through October 22, 2021 will be for 2-months.
