For information purposes, the services described shall be in accordance with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Performance Work Statement entitled IRS Records Management Modernization and e-Records Digitization Support. The solicitation RFQ1656887 will be available on September 1, 2023 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), SIN 541611, Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services.
