This notice is to inform industry that the Department of Treasury is seeking feedback from capable vendors for the attached DRAFT PROTECTS HACS Performance Work Statement (PWS) via GSA eBuy # 1564086. All responses are due via GSA eBuy. Treasury encourages and appreciates any comments and or questions related to the DRAFT PROTECTS PWS. Please submit questions and comments via GSA eBuy # 1564086 using the PROTECTS HACS Questions and Comments template. Responses to questions and comments may or may not be released. If questions and comments are not released, industry feedback will be reviewed and considered for applicable PWS revisions. Questions and comments are due via GSA eBuy # 1564086 on 6/27/2022 by 9 a.m. EST. All questions and comments shall be submitted via the questions and comments template and submitted via eBuy. An industry day is anticipated prior to solicitation release. Solicitation release date is TDB at this time. Previous communication for PROTECTS HACS - In March 2022 an RFI was posted to eBuy HACS for the PROTECTS HACS requirement. The RFI is now closed. For your awareness the Contracting Officers are as follows: Nicole.m.smith3@irs.gov and Jonathan.W.Carney@irs.gov however all questions and comments shall be submitted via eBuy. Responses to this notice shall not be considered proposals and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources sought or any follow-up requests for information. The Government will not pay for any information provided as a result of this market survey. This is market research only. Quotes are not being accepted at this time.
