All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.***END OF AMENDMENT 01*** The Bureau of Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF), is soliciting for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist (MELS) Services in Brazil as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government anticipates awarding a Time and Materials Contract resulting from this solicitation based on the evaluation criteria established in the attached Cover Letter and PWS. In addition to the proposal for all requirements, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your application. The Government intends to select ONE contractor for award. The Government anticipates making award without further exchanges; therefore, it is the responsibility of each offer to submit a package that complies with all aspects of this solicitation.
