The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau’s (TTB) Scientific Services Division located at the National Laboratory Center, 6000 Ammendale Road, Beltsville, Maryland, 20705, and 490 N. Wiget Lane, Walnut Creek, California 94598 is comprised of four laboratories that use a variety of chemicals to perform experiments that provide data to support TTB regulatory actions. As a result, the laboratory generates chemical waste that requires proper removal from the premises and disposal. The chemical waste will comprise of hazardous spent waste and expired chemicals.
